Weekly Menus - Jan 15-21/2005

  • Saturday, 1/15:
Breakfast: scrambled egg, canadian bacon, cup of milk (and 2 Viactiv calcium chews, 1 pt. for the 2)
Lunch: Baked potato with FF cheese and sour cream
    Snack: Banana
Dinner: Not sure if this is Core, but it should be. We're going out with some friends to Macaroni Grill, and I've decided on Mediterranean Shrimp, which is five grilled jumbo shrimp on a lightly dressed Mediterranean salad of cucumber, tomato, arugula and fat-free feta. I will drink water or unsweetened iced tea.
