    Ok here, Just going to the gym 5x/week and eating well... Just trying to stay off the scale and just do what I know is right

    Great job on going to the gym....you go girl It really will make a huge difference in the way you look and feel everyday, and the scale is just not good when you are exercising so much as muscle weighs more, unless you have a scale with bodyfat on it you can get discouraged quick I have let the scale discourage me so many times and this time I am just not going to let it get me Hope everyone is having a great day and I will check in a little later
