Hi..
Just wanted to say hello..just joined today..i need to lose the last 20 of 120 pounds..i started at 220..now i'm at 140..i'm only 5'2..so every pound looks bad..i run 4 miles a day 6 days a week and lift weights 5 days a week..had to take a month off..i pulled a calf muscle..so i just started back running yesterday..maybe now with calorie counting and running i'll be able to finally lost this last bit of weight...
