! I'm 28, married, and 5'6". I'm a chef, but I need to learn new ways to cook that don't involve tons of fat and carbs - I learned from the French but I don't have their small portions!Anyway, I'm hoping that there are some people out there who might like to buddy up with me who have a similar goal, and we can go through some of this as teammates!
Right now I own a treadmill and I've been walking a little, and I just got a excercise ball to use as well. It's actually fun to to push ups on that! I'm a MAJOR sugar addict, but one thing I have going for me is I don't drink soda and I try to have water around me all the time.
