new year challenge

  • we have less than 2 weeks till the new year, so i thought i would go ahead and post this , so anyone who wants to join can do so in time..

    for january i am going to challenge myself to :

    atleast 40 miles WATP for the month

    80 oz of water a day

    stay on WW plan

    loose 8 - 10 pounds for the month :

    so who wants to join me with your own challenge
  • I will join you on that challenge, but for my own needs, I'm going to modify my version. I'll do at least 20 WATP, drink at least 60oz of water per day and lose another pound. I hope you don't mind my modifications.
  • i meant for everyone to do it at their pace and their needs.. figured it would be great to have others in for support ya know
  • My new year goal is to lose 4 pounds a month~

    stick with writing down what I eat
    and get back to walking or doing treadmill

    meet water goals (8 servings) daily
    stay on Weight Watchers program
    30 minute walk or cardio video 4 times per week
    lose 8 pounds
  • yall, this is such a downer for me to report.. but i will be offline for a lil while.. i am having trouble connecting to the net and need to figure out is it my pc or my cable modem....but i am still sticking to my challenge even if i dont get back in time.. i will update everyone soon ...

    My goal is to stay within my points
    Cardio 3x a week for 30 mins
    Weight training 2x a week 20 mins

    My goals for Jan are...
    30 miles WTP (too cold to walk outside)
    3-4 days a week doing WT
    2 days a week doing the firm workouts
    100 crunches a day
    Stick to WW points
    increase Water intake (8 glasses per day)
    and last but not least
    Take my multi vitamin daily
    Also my goal is 10 pounds in January

    track my points more consitantly.
