Although I'am new to this forum, I really have not been new to this website. I actually use to keep a consistant journal up here during last summer but sadly it died when the humid season started to morph into fall.
Anyways, to get back on track, I'm looking for a buddy. Be aware that I'm 17 years old. Unfortunately it sounds so much younger than I feel- but then again I think most 17 year olds might agree with that when their age conflicts with their personal doings.
I'm 5'6-5'7 and currently 160 lbs, looking to lose about 40 more lbs. That would make my goal weight 120 lbs.
Background info- I use to weigh 199-200 lbs. Over the summer I speed walked 3miles almost everyday and eventually my weight went down to 150, but when school started the stress started and I gained 10 lbs back. So now I'm around 160 lbs. =(
I'm hoping to find support and motivation, please help!!!
