Weekly Exercise Thread 12/19 - CHRISTMAS!

  • Sunday:
    70 min. singles tennis
  • Sunday - more christmas shopping walking, lugging a 6' christmas tree around the shops, housecleaning - speed vacuuming!... then unfortunately nothing more exciting than stuffing my face at 2 bbq's..although it was mostly salad!
  • sunday: 1 hour strength training w/ the love of my life (trainer), and 45 mins crosstrainer
  • Monday:
    30 min. bike ride
  • Monday - ummm well.. hmmm hmm nothing I can post on the internet! (my man came home after two weeks away!!) But i did get my heart rate up for a reasonable amount of time! lol.
  • lol NBK, that is good exercise!!!

    monday: 1 hour arctrainer
  • tuesday: 20 min walking... yeah i'm slack..
  • Dec. 22
    25 minutes incline treadmill
    3 x 12 chest press
    3 x 12 shoulder press
    3 x 12 butterfly
    200 flutterkicks
    95 crunches
  • Thursday 23 Dec
    30 min cardio on the treadmill
    3 x 15 leg curls
    3 x 15 leg extentions
    3 x 20 (x2) abductors (both ways)
    3 x 15 leg press

  • Thursday:
    80 min. bike ride
  • Friday:
    25 min. run
  • Dec 24 & 25

    NOTHING
  • Saturday:
    took a quick walk - maybe 15 mins.
