Phase I 14 day menu

  • Would anyone happen to know where I might find the Phase I 14 day menu on the web to print out?

I have been on SB for 5 weeks now and have lost 22 lbs. My mother-in-law has recently gained ALOT of weight and I have suggested trying the SB way of life. I have been very successful at finding most of the info she will need; however finding a printout of the Phase I 14 day menu has been a challenge. Help please?

    Thanks in advance!!!
  • Congratulations on your loss to date!

I'm sorry, I can't find the menu anywhere... it used to be on the Prevention site, but I'm not able to find it. Have you taken a look at that site? You may find some helpful information...

  • It's in the Book - starts on Page 112 for 14 pages. Check it out. (I'm assuming you have the book. )
  • Thanks!!!
Ellis ... I KNEW I had seen it somewhere before but just couldn't remember where. I went through all my South Beach links as well as as using several search engines. I have been to the Prevention site and they do have quite a bit of good info posted.

RuthXXX ... I do have the diet and cookbook but no scanner. I was looking for an EASY way of getting the info I guess. I just hate to part with the books as of yet, I still use them ALOT!

Mother-in-law is a very frugal person; my intention was to get enough info to get her on Phase I and get started ... if she thought it was something she could stick/live with then SHE would have the incentive to get the books she needs.

Thank you both for your responses
  • I hear ya on the frugal MIL! I hope she likes the diet... continued good luck to you, girl!!
  • Have your MIL check out the book from the library. Thats what I did before I actually made the purchase.

Here (MS Word attachment) is a sample menu plan for 7 days.

Also, in the SBD FAQ section there is a sticky called SBD/Weight Watchers which has a 14-day menu: http://www.3fatchicks.com/forum/showthread.php?t=39284

  • Thanks a broad abroad! The WORD document was just what I was looking for.

I will suggest the library idea to her; that is a great suggestion. I am so used to having a pc and online capabilities that I am ashamed to admit how long it has been since I have been to the library ... hehehe
