
I managed to eat relatively healthy on my vacation and have maintained which is better than gaining but I had hope to lose a pound or two this week.
Now I have to get through the holiday season. I think my goal over the next couple of weeks will be to try to stay on track but enjoy a few treats and be able to maintain until my current weight until January and then really get back to it then.
My dance classes start up again in January so that will be a good start.



I really didn't come close to my goal. Like Tiki, it sounded so far off! Now its here. But I am proud that I have lost 15 pounds over the past year. And I'm into a size 16 for the first time in probably 3 years. I have reduced my high insulin levels by about 40 points. So things are definately looking up. I just have to try harder to eat right and get more exercise in. I've fallen off a little in the past month but I'm ready to really get with it. I'm sooooooooooooooooooooooooo tired of being a fatty!
So it ain't over yet ladies!

We're DEFINITELY all babes already. But next year, instead of just being able to get four of us in a car, we'll be able to get eight of us in!
