Funky Friday

  • Hi all,

    Ate too much again... Realized haven't had a real game plan, so I am creating one for the next four weeks. For dinners and what not I am going to, after I have eaten what I have planned, I'll use either very strong gum/mints or listerine strips to prevent me from nibbling. I know part of this coincides with winter, plus other things that have been happening... Ah well, don't wanna gain any more padding.

  • Ali that sounds like a great plan! I posted on the SBD forum about grumpiness b/c I have been really b1tchy this week also when we went out last night for more xmas stuff I was wiped out from nothign when we came home
    so I'm going to see if this is something that will pass
    if not I have to reorganize!
    we're puttign the tree up tonight and decorating tommorrow
  • Hi Ali! Don't feel too bad about your 35points/day. That's what I've been eating, on avg (since I have been calculating). Of course, I don't factor in what is brought back up.

    Hey Kier - my dad was a bear on SBD the first 2 weeks. His body was changing a lot. Make sure you get your protien, and if you are still tired you might want to intro a few good carbs.

    This morning/noon/night nausea is HORRIBLE. I am not myself. I have mood swings now where I'll be laughing one minute and then I start to cry. I don't sleep well because I have hot flashes and I have a cold, so I can't breathe. And I can't take any cold meds. Basically, I am hooped!!
  • Hi guys! Still here, just here late. Still doing ok with eating, but sucking at exercise and feel like I am gaining. The clothes-o-meter seems ok though. I will ehad to the gym tomorrow.
