I did really good yesterday.Better than in a long time.Hopefully it will continue.
I am keeping a food diary [ which I hate doing almost as much as I hate drinking water}I am keeping an exercise dairy and continuing with just a daily journal.Changing what I eat some.Going back to tuna fish for lunch.Cutting back on bread and potatoes.I can do almost anything for a short time.The test is to do it non stop and get this weight off.
To those who are losing---Hooray,hooray.You go girls.You are doing great
To those like myself who have not been doing too good--hang in there and keep searching for what will work for you.Because there is something that will work for each of us.It may just take us awhile to get the right combo
