Weekly Excercise 11/14-11/20

    30 min on eliptical--whew!
  • Oh my goodness - we now have 2 exercise logs for the week! Oops! I'll pay more attention next time. Anyways:

    Sunday:
    80 min. tennis

    Monday:
    45 min. (12.54 mis.) bike
    25 min. walk
    30 min. weights
  • Well I am finally back to excercising.

    Monday: ran/walked two miles
    Tuesday: 30min weights/toning, hopefully
  • sunday: 40 mins crosstrainer
    monday: 45 mins arc trainer

    cardio cardio cardio ... need weight training. plan for tonight: 25-30 mins of weights, 40 mins of cardio.

    lots of stretching sore muscles...very relaxing

  • Tuesday:
    50 min. tennis
    25 min. walk
    30 min. bike (8.98 mis.)
  • Wednesday:
    25 min. walk
    30 min. bike (8.85 mis.)
    35 min. weights
  • Thurs:

    20 min on eliptical
    did arms today
    free weights and machines

    50 min. tennis
    20 min. walk
    45 min. bike (13.48 mis.)
  • Friday:
    25 min. walk
    50 min. bike (15.91 mis.)
    Maybe weights later on tonight...
  • tuesday: 30 mins crosstrainer, 35 mins arc trainer
    wednesday: off
    thursday: 35 mins crosstrainer, 5 mins stairs, 25 mins weights
    friday: 15 mins arc trainer, 10 mins stairs, 20 mins elliptical (i just couldn't settle myself into one machine.)
