Oh my goodness - we now have 2 exercise logs for the week! Oops! I'll pay more attention next time. Anyways:

Well I am finally back to excercising.
Monday: ran/walked two miles
Tuesday: 30min weights/toning, hopefully
sunday: 40 mins crosstrainer
monday: 45 mins arc trainer
cardio cardio cardio ... need weight training. plan for tonight: 25-30 mins of weights, 40 mins of cardio.

lots of stretching sore muscles...very relaxing
