Tuesday Menus

  • b: fresh fruit salad (2 oranges, 1 banana, grapes)
    l: core chili w/black beans over br. rice
    d: chicken fajitas w/veggies and avocado, maybe polenta
    s: pineapple w/yogurt, maybe popcorn
  • My day got off to a rocky start -- had a real coke on the way so my WPAs for today are gone. Then:

    L: tuna salad made with tuna, FF Miracle Whip, a boiled egg and pickle relish
    S: FF cottage cheese and pear halves
    D: Baked potato with FF cheese and sour cream

    And lots of water -- plus a promise to myself to be better tomorrow.
  • so far today:

    b: oatmeal with applesauce
    s: apple
    L: tuna with peppers, celery, carrots and ff dressing on w.w. toast
    S: laughing cow cheese
    S: chicken w/ healthy choice sauce , ff mozz cheese served with a side of whole wheat pasta and sauce.......yummy.......smell it now
    S: popcorn

    very hungry today
