Tuesday Menus

  • Breakfast Smoothie (this was great!)

    tomato soup
    chicken
    grapes

    WW smoothie w/frozen fruit

    Root beer chicken
    potato
    Spicy Green Beans

    Exercise: 45 min. weight lifting, 20 min. stretching, 3 mile WATP
  • B: plain oatmeal, milk and a cup of green tea
    L: baked potato with FF cheese and FF sour cream
    D: tomato soup and a piece of cheese toast (.5 pt per slice of bread)
  • B- missed it
    L- 1/2 a banana, split pea soup with ham and couscous in it
    D- meat loaf, mashed potatoes and gravy and veggie
    S- don't think I'll need one
