It's not like a blood sugar low (I've done that before), it's not TOM. I got up at 0730 (that'd be between 8 and 9 hours sleep), did housework, did the chicken chores
, stood talking to a visitor for a half hour or so, did chest, ate good and clean and some protein every couple of hours.I had a little bowl of cereal with soy milk just now and am nibbling carrots. Figured maybe I needed to carb up a little.
I did buy Splenda the other day and have used about a packet a day. But that's about the only thing I've changed.
Any ideas?
