Dad is still in the hospital. Mom and my brother had a meeting with a social worker yesterday. They didn't find out about the meeting till Saturday. My sister and I didn't go, cuz nothing changes at those meetings. Dad didn't go to the meeting. They talked to them about putting dad in a home, or getting some help at home. My db thinks he is going to help. I'm not holding my breath with it. He may get paid to do it. But i'm going to keep an eye on what he does to get paid. Last time he "helped" out, he didn't do anything but sit on the couch and watch tv with dad. Mom still did the getting him up, cleaning him, getting his food and then she had my brother to cook for too. DB doesn't think dad will make it another 3 weeks. Not sure how much he is eating. And he is sleeping all the time, I guess. I haven't made it there yet. I was suppose to take mom on Sunday, but she went to church, and i didn't know that. I kept trying to call her, and no one answered. I finally stopped at 4:30. Brother ended up taking her, which i don't understand cuz i told her i would. She is really stressed these days. The social worker gave my mom the papers for dad in the room, she thinks he knows that there is a possiblity that he won't be coming home. Saturday after Brandon's birthday, my sister and her family took my mom to go see him, and all he did was glare, cuz they weren't there earlier. Mom tried to get around it by saying we had brandon's birthday, but that didn't help. He wasn't eating either, or talking. Just shook his head yes or no when asked a questioned. He is trying to manipulate people. I won't be subjected to it. Mom was being the doting wife, by honey this and honey that, and when they got outside to leave, total different attitude. Love my dad, but he hasn't always been the nicest man around, specially when it comes to my mom. I know i wouldn't of put up with the crap that she did all those/these years. DB, thinks we (sister and I) should of been to see dad sooner than saturday. Excuse me, we have full time jobs, plus 0t and small children. I just can't jump when he says jump. Anyway, dad won't be coming home today, not sure when. I'm just praying the the Lord gives my mom strength. She had to for many years take care of my sister that was physcially handicapped, and now she is taking care of my dad. I pray that God will give her some relief. It is so stressing to her. She will only leave when he is home to go to the store, or she goes outside to do yard work, and then dad wonders where she is all the time. She has no life. K, so on a different note.
CLOSING DAY 
well it came, 10 hours away. I had dream after dream about it last night. Still got a lot to do. Probably won't move in for another week, at least. Cleaning, taking down wall paper, and painting. So for the next few weeks, i may be mia more than normal. I have to get some things done today for the closing, pick up the kids, take them to my sister-in-laws work, and then run some errands, and then pick up hubby. We have some champaign for afterwards, and a few beers for those that don't do champaign. Garret is doing well, growing, playing, talking almost rolling over. Loves attention though. Brandon is doing well, can't keep him in clothes. They are either to small or toooooooooo big. He is such a good boy.
