Weekly Workout Log 10/24-10/31

  • Hit the track on the 24th, 2 miles-walked
    10 lunges....very sore today
  • Hey everyone!!! I would love to join you all here in this group

    I would love to make some friends, keep track of my exercise and make weekly goals it sounds so motivational. I started at 185 and lost 4 pounds on my own by just giving up junk food, that was awhile ago and I have been stuck ever since, it's because I got lazy and just wasn't feeling it anymore but now I'm back with more motivation then ever, I have managed to maintain my weight at 181 pounds right now and want to lose about 41 pounds more.

    Walked 1 mile today. It was raining and I still pushed myself to go

    I just found ya guys and am hoping you will be willing to share some webspace with me. I completed one of the Firm Workout tapes tonight. That is an accomplishment because it is only the second time I have been able to do the whole tape.
  • Mon:
    25 min. walk
    20 min. strength training
  • Sunday:
    40 min cardio - run/walk
    15min - weights upper body
    10 min - abs

    Monday-
    30 min cardio - run/walk
    10 lower body weights
    15 min abs

    today the abs are sore!!!!
