  • I am up for a Thanksgiving challenge! I won't make my 175, but I have had steady loss and have been exercising. Today I ran in my first 5 K! It was very inspiring watching all of the half-marathoners and marathoners....I want to do that someday!
  • Lauren - I'm up for a new challenge. I lost 2.2 this week and think I ended the Halloween challenge one pound lighter.

  • Well, this am I was 180....so I did not make my goal of 175. But I did lose 6 pounds with this challenge. In November, I want to lose another 10 lbs! Do we have a Thanksgiving challenge??
