Lets see, the house is very tidy so I will start one load of laundry and relax the rest of the day......how cool is that.

Well, I have almost pulled myself out of my black hole. I have my weigh in at WW this morning. I never know if it is going to be REALLY bad or just a little bad. So far on my really bad weeks I have never gained more then a pound. This week might be more..

Dee good luck at WW today, I'll be crossing my fingers for you. Shoot on my bad weeks I can gain up to 6 lbs.... Hopefully you didn't do as bad as you think. I love that coffee thing. How do you post stuff like that here. I used to be able to post things thru photo island but they are shutting down the site so I took all my pictures off of there. The ticker thingy is cute, but eventually it will get on my nerves b/c its not going down in #'s lol, meaning no weight loss

I am all done w/laundry, gotta fold one load and put it away.

Aunt flo kindly visited me this morning eeeeeeegads no wonder I felt like crap yesterday, I thought I was getting the flu or something Thank God!!!

Its a beautiful fall day. The leaves are bursting with colors, next week they will probably be all down, or most of them. The reds and oranges are undescribable this year. Really something to see. When I drive to and from work, all I can think of is .... Lord, thank you for painting such a beautiful picture for me to see today. Makes the ride more pleasant thats for sure.

I gotta get my rear upstairs to make the beds, then off to a UPS store to return a car seat I got via mail.

Leens feels good to have a clean house I bet..I tried to do a little everyday this week.....today hubby is going to run errands and I am going to do homework...I have already changed the linen on two beds, one load of laundry and showered....both girls need to do their rooms......and then dishes, meals....

Last night we went to see Ladder 49 as a family.......it was alright....I love John Travolta......so seeing him was enough for me.....it was a tear jerker......today hubby and I are going out for our anni date......DD12 will babysit DD6.

I am off all weekend! I am trying to take one weekend a month where I don't work a minute! I will find out about my new job on Tuesday or Wednesday......I applied at the local ER as I will not be able to work at the hospital I am currently in and I got the job over the phone! So we shall see......part of me is hoping I don't get it as it would be easier to keep things the way they are do you know what I mean. Anyhow I will try it for 6 months if I get it and see how it goes.

Good Afternoon gang!

I wish I had time to just sit and chat today! I really do. All I want to do is play, or play on the computer or do nothing at all, but instead we have all been cleaning since 9 am, it's 3 now and I probably have 2 more hours of cleaning left to do - my bedroom, my bath and the kitchen and dining room floors.

the reason it is taking so long today is because dh decided to clean out our walk in pantry - I did not realize what that meant - but he took every dang thing out of it wiped down all the shelves and walls and floors and then I put everything back nice and neat like we like it. Next weekend we will be going to Sam's to stock up our pantry for the winter.

anyway - I'm pooped and still have lots to do. It's not that I'm that clean - it's that it's that DIRTY and I haven't cleaned bec of being out of town and then being too busy!

Leenie - so glad you had a good time with your HS friend last night! My best friend from high school lives in Oklahoma now, and I love it when she comes back home once or twice a year!

Not much happening here. We stayed up 'til after midnight watching THE GAME . They almost blew it, but they ended up winning 11-9. One down, 3 to go!

What a great day. I just came back from meeting a few fellow 3FC's moderators. What a blast. They are such nice ladies. This site is so fortunate to have such wonderful people who really care about everyone in here.

Hello!

I have been trying to lose over 140lbs for many years. I stumbled upon this site by accident, glad I did. I like the support that I see and would like to be a part of it. I joined WW 4 weeks ago and have not lost a pound. I try to eat right but have a hard time at night. I also eat when I am under a lot of stress . That's not true any stress is more like it. Do any of you have any tips that would help me through the rough times especially at night?

Hi Chris, and welcome to 3FC's. We're glad you found us too. Tips for night time eating is a hard one. I also am an after dinner muncher, its like down time and I some how feel like I deserve to pig out...OY. Its has done so much damage. A few thing that does help is:

Go to bed early.
Stay out of the kitchen after 7 pm.
Have veggies & ff dip
Fruit
Light popcorn
But mostly a scale to measure portions. I can eat healthy food but ALOT of it, so whats the sense huh. Portion control is the bottom line to any diet.

Good for you for joining WW. Its a great plan to be on. Give it some time, changing habbits don't happen over night, it takes time to break them.

Coming here to post also helps keep you away from the frig. Anything to keep your mind and hands busy is also good.
