I'm new here - the forum looks great!
Besides from world peace
my biggest wish is to be able to fit my old clothes again. In order to do that I need to lose 20 lbs = 2-3 sizes!I've tried losing weight on my own on several occasions counting calories and exercising, but after a couple of weeks I either give up or become too obsessed with food, which eventually leads to me binging big time and giving up anyway. The only difference is that I'm usually heavier than when I started!
I need to find way to lose weight without focussing too much on calories and with a minimum of cooking time since finals are coming up. And - just as important - I need a buddy for mutual motivation and support. So it would be great if anyone of smiliar age and goal would like to do this with me!

Been yoyo-dieting the past 2 years after reaching my ideal weight of 114 lbs. in early 2002.
Weight gain due to stress in school, emotional eating and a very sweet tooth!
Height: 5'2, small frame
Weight: 135 lbs.
Diet program: non specific
* 5-6 meals a day
* lean proteins and lots of vegetables
* low-moderate amounts of other carbohydrates
* 45 minute walk daily
