  • Hey Cathy ...glad to see you are back I didnt know you were going to be back till this weekend...Did you have a good trip????

    Breakfast- 1 egg and 4 thin slices of turkey

    lunch- 1/2 cup white kidney beans, and 1/4 cup ff cottage cheese

    snack- 20 peanuts and a few sunflower seeds

    3 hard candies SF

    yep the trip was good! and I was glad to get home too! I'm still trying to catch up at work and home and still need to catch up on some sleep. I'm not sure you really ever do that, but anyway, I kind of feel like I'm draggin. Saw some really good shows in Branson tho.

    I just pan grilled me 10 big shrimp for lunch - they were so good!
