    Exercise every day and see yourself melt away!

  • Monday-- 15 minutes stretches, 41 minutes Simple 7 Circuit, TBT.
  • Monday- Burn it Up! dvd- 59 minutes from start to finish(lots of lunges, squats, leg toning, abs, etc...ends with 6 minutes of yoga stretching).

    I also did my 4 mile WATP tape last Saturday and didn't post it. I ALMOST met my exercise goal last week. I was one day shy. I plan on getting it right this week.
  • Monday: Gym - 8 minutes eliptical, upper body workout, treadmill - 30 minutes.

  • Mon - 5 mins elliptical, strength training circuit, 11 off-circuit machines, 10 mins stairmaster
  • Tuesday - Ramp it Up

  • Tuesday- didn't have time for my morning workout. But I do have church exercise class. Will try to get in a good 45 minutes cardio followed by body sculpting/toning, etc.
  • Tuesday-- Walked 3 miles.
  • Wednesday: Gym - 8 minutes eliptical, lower body workout, 30 minutes treadmill.

  • Fixing to do Burn it Up! Man, I'm really procastinating about this. I hate this workout, but know that I need it. Here I go..
  • Wednesday-- 15 minutes stretches, 41 minutes Simple 7 Circuit, TBT.

  • Thursday: Ramp it Up (47 minutes)....that's 4 days in a row of exercise!

  • Thursday-did Ramp it Up. Will also have exercise class this evening at church. I'm going ahead and posting this since I don't know if I'll have time tomorrow...

    Friday- 4 mile WATP
  • Thursday-- Walked 3 miles.
  • Tues: 30 mins treadmill, 40 jackknives on the Ab Lounger
    Wed: bowled 3 games
    Thurs: 30 mins treadmill, 45 jackknives
