Monday- Burn it Up! dvd- 59 minutes from start to finish(lots of lunges, squats, leg toning, abs, etc...ends with 6 minutes of yoga stretching).
I also did my 4 mile WATP tape last Saturday and didn't post it. I ALMOST met my exercise goal last week. I was one day shy. I plan on getting it right this week.
Tuesday- didn't have time for my morning workout. But I do have church exercise class. Will try to get in a good 45 minutes cardio followed by body sculpting/toning, etc.
Thursday-did Ramp it Up. Will also have exercise class this evening at church. I'm going ahead and posting this since I don't know if I'll have time tomorrow...
