Phase 2 Question

  • im on day 4 of pahse 2. when You started phase2 did you see a week stall b4 u started losing again . or a again , or a loss thanks i know i wont be lossing weight like i did on phase one and thats fine im really not in a big hurry. i just wondered on average if people have a week stall inbetween phases. i keep bounceing from 203 to 204.5 i need to start weighing in just once a week instead of every morning lol.

  • I did stall right after starting Phase 2 for about a week. About every 5 weeks I tend to stall on phase 2. I make sure I am eating plenty of vegetables, drinking my water, and I up my exercise a bit and that usually breaks the plateau. I average 1.8 pounds loss per week but that may be 0 one week and 3.5 pounds the next. You do need to make sure you aren't adding too much back in to quickly but plateaus are normal.
  • My first week on phase two I didn't lose anything. But, my second week I lost 3 pounds.

  • I gained weight when I started phase two so I did a sorta phase 1.5 for awhile including fruit yogurt and a wider variety of vegies and only having bread or fruit every other day. I still don't have a piece of bread or fruit every day but eat more grains like barley and split peas in soups, and beans in my diet.
