im on day 4 of pahse 2. when You started phase2 did you see a week stall b4 u started losing again . or a again , or a loss thanks i know i wont be lossing weight like i did on phase one and thats fine im really not in a big hurry. i just wondered on average if people have a week stall inbetween phases. i keep bounceing from 203 to 204.5 i need to start weighing in just once a week instead of every morning lol.
