I figured that not everyone wants to lose the same amount of weight, so losing 10% of your body weight would work for everyone. Take me for example...I currently weigh 235 lbs (ugh) and 10 % of that is approx. 24 lbs. So my goal weight would be 210 lbs. (Which is NO WHERE near where I want to be but I figure it's a "do-able" goal).
I think that we should weight in every Friday or at least once a week. We could also give each other healthy eating tips for the holiday season! What do you all think?

I would love to lose 10% by 2005!! That's 17 lbs for me...I'm right around 167 right now and would love to be down to 150 by then! It means having to really tighten the reigns but I think I can do it!! You all can help, right????
