







What do you know about it, Den? The first time we cooked pizza in it (450 degrees for 25 minutes), the fan kept going for at least half an hour after I'd turned the over off. (not the fan in the oven... the one that blew the flour onto the floor
) Is that normal?
I even thought the oven was still on because it was so hot in there, but it wasn't. I guess it's REALLY well insulated in there, and the heat wasn't escaping like with my old oven.
