Monday: Gym-8 minutes eliptical, upper body workout, 30 minutes treadmill.
Tuesday: Planned to do Ramp it Up, but was too tired to get up at 5 to do it (Lane was sick all night). I might do it while she naps, if I don't nap instead.

Mon - treadmill 1.25 miles, 40 ab lounge jack-knives
Tues - 20 mins elliptical, stength-training circuit, 11 off-circuit machines, 1 mile treadmill
