  • Monday- Ramp it up!
  • At last I walked at the campground...
  • Monday: Gym-8 minutes eliptical, upper body workout, 30 minutes treadmill.

    Tuesday: Planned to do Ramp it Up, but was too tired to get up at 5 to do it (Lane was sick all night). I might do it while she naps, if I don't nap instead.

  • Tuesday- Curves 30 minutes
  • Tues.- Walked in campground.
  • Mon - treadmill 1.25 miles, 40 ab lounge jack-knives
    Tues - 20 mins elliptical, stength-training circuit, 11 off-circuit machines, 1 mile treadmill
  • Monday-- 15 minutes stretches, 30 minutes Simple 7 Circuit, TBT.
  • Tuesday-Ramp it Up and exercise class
    Wednesday- NOTHING!
  • Wednesday: Gym - 8 minutes eliptical, lower body workout, 30 minutes treadmill.

    Nat
  • Thursday: Curves 30 minutes
  • Wed. and Thurs. Walked in campground... Yippee 4 days in...
  • Thursday-- walked 3 miles.
  • Wed - bowled 3 games
    Thurs - walked 1.2 miles on TM
  • Friday-- 15 minutes stretches, 41 minutes Simple 7 Circuit, TBT.
