I feel like I could use a kick in the butt, ladies and gents!
Does anyone feel like having a challenge?

I think I have decided to count calories and if that doesn't work for me go back to points with WW. I think my DH gets tired of me changing my mind on what I want to do. I go spend all this money for things for a diet and last about 2 days and go off. To restrictive for me. This week I have been trying Slimfast. Pretty good stuff. I am sticking to it somewhat, just to eat the food I bought for it. I enjoy the meal & snack bars. So, been using those. I think it is giving me a jump start. Sorry to drag on. Seems I am in a slump and need some pumping up.

As for the week plan, if you're just starting out it's a great way to start. What do you have in mind? I'm sure we can all give you suggestions if you need some, too.
