Who wants to give me a firm Kick in the bottom to get me moving in the right direction??
I have been completely off plan since my daughter got hurt last week. She goes back to school tomorrow though, so hopefully I can concentrate on my fitness/weightloss plan. I think I'll go down to the park and take a couple of laps..it's beautiful down there and I think 2 laps = 1mile (if i remember correctly) I am so sick of being fat...I dont know why I cant stick with anything. Oh well, tomorrow will be a fresh start..I have to weigh in today when i go to my moms, I am really dreading that, lol.
Anywho, hope everyone else is doing great!

. Just get right back on the proverbial horse and take it one day at a time. Why wait till tomorrow when you still have half a day left to get back on plan. YOU CAN DO IT. And what do you mean you can't stick with anything? You keep coming back here to get and give support don't ya?
