I said NO!!! And went to get a diet soda and ate my string cheese for a snack.
But, I feel great about my physical accomplishments today. 

. I spent part of the day Sunday measuring out all the
cooked up for me. I individually wrapped them up and put them in the freezer. Last night I refused to go to Red Lobster for the Shrimp Fest. Boy was that a hard one, but I did it.
