    3 miles at the track (walked only) need some new tennis shoes OUCH!

    50 min. walk

    45 min. tennis
  • Wednesday:
    25 min. walk
    65 min. tennis
  • Not that it was formal exercise, but I think it's more activity than I've had in a while:
    At church youth group where I'm a leader, running arround shooting finger rockets at teenie boppers and macho teen boys for 10 - 15 mins. Then afterward walking around the neighborhood searching for one of our teens who we couldn't find. (No we weren't playing hide-n-seek.) Finally we found out that he was with his Big Brother and of course, remembered to tell his mother .... Mystery solved.

    50 min. singles tennis
  • Guess what?! I actually got out to rollerblade Saturday. I went about 2 miles. It was great! It took me a while to get the hang of it again, but I got it. Never fell, yay!
