Here is all the info I have available about the whole grain.(from the Leaders guide info)
When shopping,check ingredient labels and CHOOSE foods that list whole grains as the FIRST ingredient!
It suggest to vary your choice since they provide various nutrients.
Examples of whole grains are:brown rice,bulgar,oatmeal,popcorn

,whole barley,whole cornmeal ,whole wheat ,or whole rye.
If it says wheat flour it is NOT whole grain.
