I've been putting protein powder in my oatmeal. The recipe I have is to put it in dry oatmeal and water and then nuke it. Does anybody do this stovetop? I think the microwave way is mushy and it reminds me of instant. Blech, but it'll do.
What I'd LIKE to do is make a lot of oatmeal at once and then heat it up as I go along. Will the protein powder hold it's nutrition after being heated twice? Is it even holding up the first time?
