    lunch:
    1/2 c rice
    2 T smithfield ham
    salsa
    frozen veg
    coleslaw ala lala

    snack:
    nf yoghurt 2/
    jello ff chocolate pudding 2/

    dinner:
    no idea, though i like subway
    however, probably
    artichoke
    aspiration (broccoli and asparagus) mixed with
    shrimp or scallops
    rice

    exercise:
    back lawn mow
    35 min efx hard - done
    35 - 50 mins of dog putters, some running , lots and lots of snuffling
