Hello, could someone help me figure something out? I started ww last Monday (for the 20th time I think!) anyways I also strated going to the gym. I am doing 35 minutes on the bike and I am definitely sweating! I do not stop at all and I can talk but have to take deep breaths. So my point finder says that should give me about 7 points, but I am really scared of using those 7 points because I already get 31 daily points.
What would you do? would you use the whole 7 points? if I counted as moderate activity is only 3 points.

I thought I was using the elliptical trainer at the "high" end because even my wrists would sweat, but then I tried running on the treadmill... and I learned what "high" REALLY is. Ha! That's my take anyway.
