Weekly Excercise Log 8/22-8/28

  • Sunday:

    2 miles walked track
    15 lunges
  • Monday:

    15.5 miles bike ride at 10.2 mph average (that's british miles!)
  • Monday: 45minutes running on tred mill...100 crunches!
  • Tuesday:

    1 hr kickboxing class & 20 mins cycling
  • Tuesday: 30 hour on tred mill running..100 crunches 30 push ups, 20 suicides!

    So went to the doctor today...i felt really winded last night after running..this morning i woke up coughing a blood clot..followed by a bloody nose...my ekg came back abnormal..so i get to sit through 3 hours of test on friday...i was told to cool out on my exercising and get some more iron in my diet...i hate the doctors! but do what they tellya i guess!

  • lol...30 minutes LOL...wow at least you caught that! no the night I was on it I ran 45 minutes and felt like crap and that's unusual for me...lol thanks for the laugh!
  • Tuesday: 20 minutes on the Gazelle, and 100 sit ups
