Keeping up with points in Time Zone Change!!

  • I am currently living in Guam, which is part of Micronesia and is 14-hrs ahead of eastern standard time. I am flying to NC in a day for 2 wks to visit family, and don't know how to keep up with my points during the time change!!

Should I keep my body on the Guam-schedule, and start a new day when I normally would in Guam, even though my sleeping pattern will be totally different, and a new day will then start in the middle of the day for me when I'm in NC? Or should I re-adjust and start a new day in the morning NC-time?

I know its confusing with the time change...sorry. But I could really use some advice
  • Do you usually do points from the time you get up to the time you go to sleep or evening tracking of like dinner to dinner.

Jsut follow the normal cycle you usually do.
  • I do the 9 zone time thing all the time. I would just start tracking as you would when you get to where you are...I do the same thing when I fly, I set my watch to NYC, London, Rome or Seattle as soon as I get on the plane.

Do me a big favor and bring a big bottle of water on the flight, but then again, you probably know that...

    lala
  • I usually do points from the time I get up to the time I sleep (I never exceed 24 hours though). I know that the big picture is not to exceed your total number of points for a week, so I guess I should just go by that.....
