Monday- did 1 1/2 miles of WATP and 2/3 Taebo video.
Tuesday- step class, and body sculpting(toning,etc..) followed by my church class where I did some step and floor cardio followed by some body sculpting..(2 classes)
Wednesday- will be 30 minutes low impact aerobics followed by body sculpting. I'll stick around for the senior/beginners class which is also low impact, but at a much slower pace. Then it's followed by 20-30 minutes of various stretches. This one is slow-paced, but I figure it's better than sitting around.
Mon: walked in woods for work, not sure how far....
went to the gym, 20 mins elliptical, strength training circuit, 12 off circuit machines
