Yesterday

  • I am officially counting yesterday as my free day. I deserve a free day, right?
    It was munchie day at work. Um lets see....started with a bagel & cream cheese, cappuchino....snack at 10...Chocolate chip bars...you would think that one would have cured me, but no...2 went down...nicely I might ad, even though I'm sure my 10:30 headache was brought on by the sugar rush...lunch, soup & a salad....I did walk at 2pm break, but just a whopping 7 minutes...dinner was late cuz the cable guy wanted to chat so the DH & I went for a late much at Perkins & I insisted on the Blueberry muffin...*sigh*


    So it's 7 am. A new day. Friday is erased for ever right?
  • HI! well hope you are having a better day with you eating!!!!!!!!!you sound like me when I get started just cant stop only mine last for a few days so good luck and hopeing that today is a better day for you as for the exercise at least that was better then nothin at all Rita
