Currently, I am 217.4 pounds and have been as heavy as 239..and I wasn't pg at the time.
My goal wt is 155 (I am 5'5"). I use Nutribase software to set my daily caloric goals, and I exercise 5 days a week..(I do various things, walk, use the treadmill, WW Fast Track DVD, WW Get in Shape DVD, Richard Simmons Sweat and Tone, and WATP....I am trying to keep from getting bored!)
I made the choice to change 18 days ago @ 223.7 pounds. I'm keeping a "blog" too and when I get brave enough, I'll share..
