I did 2 miles this morning.
That makes 13 miles so far for August. My diet is good, I'm being good. counting calories and writing everything down, drinking my water, but I need to be eating more veggies then I'm getting in.

It feels so much better I gained a few pounds!
Got right back AT IT this morning ..walking and recording the food!We all KNOW what it takes to work...just got to DO IT!


I think I've got my health back... enoguh to start exercising again. In the meantime tho, I have managed to keep my weight under control I think I even lost a pound... hehehe...
