Good Morning Leenie
Brenda, someone at work on Friday was claiming that when one does lots of physical labor it is very hard to control her appetite. She has been doing some remodeling and said that from the time she gets home until the time she goes to bed she works nonstop. That has been going on since end of May. She said with all these activities you think I have lost weight, but she said that she has gained 6 pounds. Now I wonder could extreme amount of activities cause one to gain, because increase activity would increase appetites and we end up eating more

.
Lori, I read somewhere that when you don’t exercise for a few weeks and want to get back to it, your body responds better if you ease to it. So I think your plan of 3 days this week and working yourself up to 7 days in the next couple of week is a great plan.
Lisa, I am so glad you feel much better today. Hopefully your tiredness days of pregnancy are behind you.
Jane, I must of missed your post that you had stitches. I am so glad that you are okay now. And I completely agree with you regarding sizes. I think each designer goes by their own numbers. I was looking for couple of dresses this weekend and was so very confused. Size 12 of one designer was fitting me tight, cutting my circulations, LOL; size 12 of another designer, however, was too large. I could never pick the right size on the first try, LOL. Don’t worry about the size. I am sure once you made that shirt and put it on, you are going to look great. Why does it matter if that particular designer says that your measurement right now according to them is a size 16 and another one says it is size 12?
Well my theory was wrong, LOL. According to my weight loss chart I wasn’t supposed to lose any weight this week, LOL, and everything was on the schedule, LOL. But just to throw my prediction out of the window and make me guess, my body decided in the weekend to lose 0.8 pounds and arrive at 140 fix. I am so close to my half way point, another 0.6 pound and I am there. It is so exciting. Hopefully I will get there next week.
Have a great Monday everyone.
