Eating out can be such a challenge!!!
I would probably go for the Chinese Chop Salad and ask them to leave off the wonton strips. Or the Market salad without the croutons. But I would need to ask them more information about the different dressings. Or ask them to do it without a dressing and bring your own if you are not sure how much sugar and what oils they are using.
Just looked at the locations. We have two in the DFW area but neither are close enough.
Jen,
How about the Chicken Caesar salad, no croutons, ask for dressing on the side. See if you can get nut'l info on the dressing at the restaurant (The Balsamic Vinaigrette might work!). Bring your own Caesar dressing just in case, if you want. You can have them make the other garden salad with shrimp on it if you like seafood. That's a bit of a delicacy, eh? Looks like you can add some other veggies and meat on the salad if you want, too. If you are in Phase 1, just make sure there are no carrots. Have the Thai Chicken Curry soup with no noodles along with it.
Hope that helps! Looks like a fun restaurant!
Maybe the Thai Ceaser Salad
