  • I walked 3 miles with DD in stroller this morning! What did/will you do?
  • I went for a 35 minute bike-ride.
  • I'll be swimming laps for 30 minutes on my lunch break
  • I did swim for 30 minutes or so and my eyes are killing me. I think the pH was off or something because they were burning and itching within minutes.
  • I am in the process of remodeling and finishing up some home improvement projects. For the last few nights, I have been busy busy busy... That's got to count for SOMETHING right?? Let's hope so, I barely have any energy left in me to sit at this computer tonight.. WTG everyone on the exercise for the day (s) excellent work! Keep it up
  • I will be powercleaning my house! I leave on vacation tomorrow and I want to come home to a clean house

    Unfortunatly, I was so sore today from doing weights for the past 4 days and the SpaBall class last night, that today was my day off from working out! But, I'll be right there with you tomorrow
  • It's Ok Celina.. Your bones need a rest too! Today, I plan to walk at lunch 2 miles. Depending on the weather. We'll see how it goes!
  • Yesterday. I bought a beginners Pilates mat workout (@30 mins long), and a Pilates Workout for weight loss (@ 1 hour). I did the beginners mat workout, and aboutthe first 10 mins of the other. WHEEW!! I am so sore! Im still very uncoordinated, but I tried to keep up.
  • I walked today for 30 mins on my lunch, and did some spa-ball this evening!

  • I did the 30 min Pilates tape again this AM. It feels so good to be trying a whole new way of exercise. I actually enjoyed doing it!! Id love to try yoga (Beginners!), and they offer a class at a gym thats not too far away, so Im thinking of trying it.
  • Oh Baby did I exercise!!! Today, I did 30 mins of cardio, full body weights (40 mins), lots of stretching and abs... YAY!
  • This morning I did Pilates, and this afternoon I took DD for a walk.
  • Today was lower body weights and toning (45 minutes or so), 30 minutes cardio (10 stairmaster, 20 crosstrainer)
