The list on this board that shows the revised/updated list for Phase 1 is different from the list I got from the book.
Does anyone know where this revised list came from?? I just want to make sure I don't make any mistakes.

Dr A had some second thoughts as he studied more about nutrition and added more stuff. It came from the official South Beach Website. If I ever get a free minute, I'll put all the updates together and eliminate some of the stickies!
The silly man should give a free revised book to those of us who shelled out for his original book!
I think the revised list is either in the cookbook or the good carbs/good fats book.
