  • Getting myself into a new challenge right away. I'll need the 2 months to get the 8 pounds off I want.

  • Labor day is September 6..... my goal for then is 17.5 pounds - 140pounds

    I started walking with DH this weekend I am going to shoot for 3 to 5 days a week depending on work and the heat.
  • I'm in. I going with a very conservative 10lbs. So far I haven't come through on even one challenge. Time to turn it around!

    I'm in again and no I haven't made any of my goals yet.
    I had company for 10 days in June and gained 4 pounds, last weigh in I had lost one of those so that's where I am starting. And I only weigh about once a month since my weight loss has stalled to an incredibly snail like pace, but the clothes are fitting looser!

  • Ok, I know this is going to sound drastic, but I am shooting for an even 200lbs by Labor Day. Thats a 44lb loss. I doubt that I will make that (realistically) BUT I want to set my goals high so that I know I have to work my @$$ off to make it work! With a goal like that, there are NO days that I can slack off! Anyone else think I am nutz? Don't worry, I am not going to be seriously disappointed or anything if it doesn't happen.

    I changed my mind. I think a high goal is good motivation, but I also think 45lbs in 2 months is probably unattainble no matter where you stand. I am still going high, but trying for 215, my pre-pregnacy weight. I can do 30lbs!
