    Hello all!!!

    I started Atkins last Thursday and I'm feeling GREAT!!

    I started cutting out my carbs 2 weeks prior and I bounced btwnw 233 and 237(pendinig on how much I ate, Fathers day messed me up LOL) Thursday morning i weighed in at 237.. this morning I weighed ini at 230.8!!!

    so am i welcoome over here
