hi,my names chris, live in the uk and am new to this posting lark so I hope i haven't done anything wrong already. Ive been on atkins for 11 days and have lost 9lbs and needed a boost. It's been brilliant reading your posts but i felt i needed to jump in and be part of it if i'm going to stay committed to low carbing.I've had some terrible headaches but largely feel full of energy since being on it. can i eat peanut butter? i had a little and loved it but my books gone missing and won't eat it til i'm sure. can anyone help?
