I went to the Y three times this week. Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday. I walked 2 miles each day and I'm beginning to work with the upper body weight machines. Man my shoulders sure are sore!!

Monday-Was going to rest, but had too much energy. Went 4 miles, then came home and was putting a very heavy piece of equipment in the trash and hurt my lower back on the left hand side. Now I can hardly walk without hurting. I took a muscle relaxer, so I am hoping to get stuff done today!
