I have started a daily log of what I eat, calories, sugar & fat. My doctor said my fat and sugar intake are my biggest problems. I will not lie it is hard to get away from the sweets. I was eating them everyday, sometimes 2 to 3 times a day.
I work at nite, so I have had to adjust my eating habits accordingly. Have joined your forum to get motivation help for excersise and healthy eating. Possibly a buddy to help me along the way too!

I lost 1 1/2" in my breast size and 3" in my cup size. Losing 1 1/4" about my waist and 3" on my BUTT WOOOHOO!!! My Dairy for calorie, fat and sugar intake is really doing the trick! And I am getting more excerise by keeping track of it in my Diary. I am on a 1500 calorie or less diet allowing for 50g of fat a day. I have limited my sugar intake to under 50g also. Sweets was a big crutch for me. I am trying to break the chain and eat healthy. I am motivated and appreciate all who help me along the way.
