I worked out this a.m. but then had a bagel (big one) for bkfst. Darn staff meetings, they are diet killers. I plan to act like it didn't happen and do well the rest of the day and evening. This is a better plan than usual. I would typically say forget it I blew the day which would then turn into the wknd.
I have heard others say they do the same thing. It is such a weird way of thinking but I know I do it. Anyways, I am off to get some paperwork done. I hope everyone pops in at some point! BBL!Becky
